We are pleased to announce that the 2nd EAYE Fall Workshop of Young Economists will take place in Paris, France, on the 3rd and 4th of October 2019 with the theme "Humanizing Social Networks". The workshop will be hosted by Paris School of Economics.

Social and economic ties play a major role in our lives. They are crucial in shaping and explaining for example technology adoption, peer effects, co-authorships, smoking behavior, obesity, school performance, information diffusion, migration etc. In recent years, interest in social and economic networks has exploded and it is opening up new avenues for theoretical and applied economic research. We invite young researchers working on networks related topics (theory, experiments and empirics) to apply to our workshop.
